"Desperate" to Tell You What Happened! Monday, February 25, 2008 Last Friday, I was invited to sell our KLEAN wares at the production offices of the show "Desperate Housewives." And while the "girls" weren't in that day, I was able to leave a few goodies behind for them. When I first arrived, my new friend Jocelyn took me on a tour of the offices. I met the PR people, writers, accountant etc...It was a great and very warm place. Everyone was very nice. This was very exciting for me, as I had never been to one of these kinds of production offices before, much less, a hit show! Then, I barely had the chance to unload my stuff and I had people smelling and testing and eventually buying. Marc Cherry, a writer on the show, apparently walked through and told my friend he wanted a candle. We will be making his, to-order, as I had already sold-out of my candles! The people who weren't prepared to purchase at that time, wanted me to come back. So, that's what I will be doing. (I'll keep you posted if I run into any of the "Housewives.") Have a great week!
