This is an article about my Dad and my Grandfather (Bugs Hardaway, the original drawer of Bugs Bunny). The story tells alot of the history of that side of my family and you may find it interesting!

That is such a cool story. I didn't realize that you were such a CA native. Very cool family history and those letters are definitely something to be proud of.

Although the subject of Bugs Bunny's creation has been debated for decades, I agree that the calm, cool, and collected character that emerged and flourished was first suggested by Bugs Hardaway. The Encyclopedia Brittanica agrees with this assumption, http://www.britannica.com/eb/article-9095426/Bugs-Bunny .

I read two of the letters aloud to my dad and I started crying. It was so special. I never met my Grandfather, so to have these letters was so special.
